Mark has a large and well-established medicolegal practice acting as an independent expert to the court for both claimants and defendants (approximately 60% and 40% respectively.) Cases include personal injuries, trauma and specialist hip and knee opinions, as well as a proportion of paediatric medicolegal clients.
Mark undertakes medicolegal assessments at Sancta Maria Hospital and accepts instructions directly from solicitors as well as from medicolegal agencies. Reports are submitted within fourteen days of the assessment or within fourteen days of receipt of all relevant medical records.
